Well have just e-mailed my MP. Hope this does something but won't hold my breath:(

Im really glad I dont bank with them anymore- though no doubt this will cause them an issue lol. I tried ringing sat afternoon but after 17 minutes of impatience gave up! I could only hope its a 'speedy' payment but guess ill be looking at getting the money in time for christmas (2012) :rotfl:

I have never known them to answer the phone after any less than a 20min wait!

I have to read with anger that people with later offer letter (November) already received their money. Good for them, i am happy for them but what about the people who had their letter in September/October. Why are they not get paid with priority?
