    Hi posters,

    I can see that there a     number of you on here mentioning that you've only received £50 worth of Love 2 Shop vouchers, but were expecting £100.

    I'm getting this looked into now and will provide an update as soon as I know more.

    Just got the following so it looks like the additional £50 will sent soon! Hooray!

    We've just discovered that we've sent you £50 of Love2Shop vouchers instead of the £100 we promised when you chose our Go Fix 8 tariff (that's £50 per fuel). We're really sorry this has happened and we'll send out your remaining £50 of vouchers by Recorded Delivery within the next two weeks providing both your fuels have gone live.

    I don't know if this was your doing, Adam, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive the email below this evening. I was gearing up to get in touch, but thanks to nPower for pre-empting my enquiry and saving me the bother. :-)

    Just found this thread...I'm another customer who was sent £50 of vouchers instead of the £100 due, and also received the email too.

    Just wondering if anyone has received their 'missing' vouchers yet? Still waiting here..
