N Power & Love2shop vouchers

Hi Guys

Same thing happened to me today. Only £50 sent for a dual fuel switch. Nothing in the letter to say they are dealing with the gas and leccie seperately just....... here's the promised vouchers for registering with N power. :mad:

I'm a new duel fuel customer too and I've just received a signed for delivery of the £50 per fuel Love 2 Shop Vouchers, again there is no mention of whether this is for the gas or elec?

I've called customer servives spoke to a chap called Sam who has raised this with the campaign team. I should receive the other £50 in the next 28 days, and yes it should have been the combined £100.

Give them a call if it's just the £50 you've received! 0845 070 4851 (they do a ringback service so you're not left holding)

Just got off the phone from Npower and they have had a briefing to notify them that some people are not receiving the £100 all in one hit like they used to be.

Ring them on 0800553322 and tell them you only received the £50 and your info will be passed to their campaign team to arrange the second lot of £50.

Same happened to me too ........

I switched both my gas and electricity over to N Power in November 2011. This morning I got a (short) letter from N Power "we're pleased to enclose your £50 per fuel Love2shop vouchers as a thank you".

I was led to believe when I switched it would be £100 (£50 per fuel). Nothing was mentioned in their letter that further vouchers would be sent later. After reading the above comments I have rung NPower this afternoon - their computers were down and I was asked to ring back on Monday !!

Come on NPower - your letters should be a lot clearer, it would be better customer service.

Heres what i was told by energyhelpline when i switched.

"We are pleased to confirm that you are entitled to £50 Love2Shop vouchers per fuel switched as you have chosen to switch to the Go Fix 8 tariff during a promotional offer by Npower.

This promotion is being operated by Npower and the vouchers will be sent to you directly by them approximately 6 weeks after your switch has gone live. If you have made a dual fuel application the vouchers will be dispatched after both fuels have gone live with Npower."

No mention of two seperate lots of £50. Means if you wanted to leave after you got vouchers your have to wait another month by the look of things.

Same here. Just a letter and £50 arrived today, not happy. If £50 is coming seperatley, it should say so. Which ever it is, they have made an error. Can't find any T+C for the offer anywhere

I received £50 yesterday, but like everyone else, should have received £100. My gas and electricity both went active on the same day, so if the gas and electricity are dealt with separately, I would still have expected the vouchers to arrive at the same time. This is the first time we've used npower and not very impressed - especially as they're phone lines are shut on sundays :-(

Just phoned up, selected ring back as it was a half hr wait. They are aware of the problem on Saturday and said they would give my details to the offending department.

So I'd call up if you want the other £50. If it gets delivered in the next week or so, faith restored. If not, hulk smash
