Hello everyone
Good times: Found snow when we went to the car boot...:p Hoorah, snowball fights with DD's and attempted to make a snowman - they got bored half way through :rotfl:...Unfortunately, it looked a bit sad a fully grown man building one himself :rotfl:  :rotfl:, so I gave up and went back to snowball fight.
Bad Times: The drain was blocked when I get home and stinks
Good Times: The wife found 5p at the ticket machine and duly left it for me....
Hope your little one gets better soon Jakes-mum...

Im still here  Miss Lily is absolutely covered in chicken pox and is going through the worst stage this weekend
She fell asleep on me earlier an I had to try and carry her up the stairs to bed, she woke up and cried and cried
So calpol and a big cuddle was needed.
Played musical beds last night as she came into us at some unearthly hour, then she and DH decided to use me as a leaning post in their sleep, so I got out and got in Miss Lilys single bed, just dropped off and I hear 'stop kicking the bloomin covers!' then thud thud thud 'mummy? I dont know where you are!' so then we were both squeezed in her bed. After 20 minutes of that I gave up and went back to my own bed by which time I was wide awake and spent the next 2 hrs tossing and turning.
Im hoping she might start to feel better tomorrow, but she really hates calamine lotion, says its freezing and screams every time I put it on her. If anyones got any ideas how to warm the stuff up please, let me know!
Hope she's not suffering too badly, chicken pox is no fun!
Have you given her piriton? It helps with the itching.
DH came home from the casino a couple of days ago £20 up so he potted it. :j :T
Also potted a 20p I found in my coat today and a 5p that someone left on the kitchen side.0
