Just back from Mrs Lashleys, luckily a quick and uneventful journey. Tons of snow up East Anglia way though! Absolutely amazing, spent the day making snowmen with her daughter and throwing snow at the dog (he keeps trying to eat it!)

Anyway a few pennies left over have gone in. Hope you all had a good weekend and your all watching out as this snow turns to perilous ice

and kudos to Megabus for providing a proper warm toasty coach. I even finished the journey in a t-shirt!

  • Hello all, I was just wondering can I be added to this challenge? Although, I may not be able to start properly until March when DH goes back to work. His work is seasonal so I would like to do as much as I can so that we can live comfortably over the winter months at the end of the year.

    Morning all
My usual £2 into the sealed pot, plus 2 X 50p's into the Chicago & New York 2013 spending fund.

Only 17 more days until our trip to New York, the excitement is building in the sparky household I can tell you.

Stay safe everyone and keep saving
