Do you really find all this money on the tea room floor?! Do you work with really rich or careless people?!

Really careless people who think if it falls on the floor it's not their's anymore by the looks of it, we've just taken on a lot of young lads who think change is an alien thing

£4.52 split between yesterday and today. I'm really loving the whole saving thing :D It is so much more fun than the paying off debt thing.

How about a "Sparky's Tea room sealed box" within the tea room so that customers may leave a penny if they so choose, educating the young and old as to how much you can actually save by potting the pennies over the year, Maybe a sign saying you will be opening the pot on a certain date near to xmas encouraging those to come to the sealed pot opening event and spread a little xmas cheer....

    Hi Thriftkitten
I have a seperate pot for roadchange/tea room change etc, which I save over the year starting on April 1st. The money I find pays for the road tax, MoT & any remaining towards a tank of petrol for my Vespa PX 125 scooter, so effectively other people are paying to keep me on the road :T This will be my third year of doing this
