Hiya sparky, good to see you're as ok as can be, which..for me saying that is quite complimentary - I think?!Ho about some Cavonia it's god for coughs (whether you have one or not!), but it really soothes the throat well! See how I think of you with the Les & Roy sketch, oh I love the rectum one, pure brilliance! Not much longer for you and DW to wait now, sparks!!!
Talking of REALLY good roadkill - DH & I found £40 (2 x £20 notes) on part of the Somerset Levels (home) about 7 years ago!!!!! No one was anywhere near it, it just had to have possibly dropped out of someone's back pocket as they pulled something else out or pushed something in. Not a soul anywhere only us. So we just had to say a huge thank you and be absolutely thrilled to bits with it!!! :j:j You just never know when fortune is going to shine on you, and obviously it can be in the most unlikely of places so keep right on looking folks!
oooh samtoby, Bournemouth is a great place for roadkill, plenty of folk shopping for almost miles, especially if you go on through to Boscombe. The Winter Gdns might b pretty good too, along with bus stops, the ones almost opposite the WG. DH & I originate from that area.
Good for you, Kerry, it's good to see you, always is, so don't forget us, though yes, I know, you're often away working. Sorry. :kisses3:

I haven't been out today, so not really anything for the pot. However I did find 16p around the house as I was putting things away, so that's gone in the small change pot! Not the Sealed pot though, as that has a bigger target, so is 50p or more only
Got to go the station later to pick up my OH so might arrive early and take a walk, with my eyes down and a headtorch :rotfl:0% card was £1126.91 / Now £1502.37

Another first for me, a no spend day! Well technically I did spend £20 in the form of a cheque (after school club) but I didn't get any change from it
and that was last night when I wrote it so does that still count? Gutted not to be putting anything at all in though! Feels like I'm robbing myself haha. Off to. "sort paperwork" tonight so will check in again tomorrow (or later if my head is done in!) have a good night.

Evening all.
Nothing to pot tonight as have nothing in the purse. Need to go to the post office tomorrow to get some money so may have some change tomorrow.
Talking road kill. Whilst on hols last August, my friend and our 5 children between us were walking in the rain down towards the beach. I said to my friend what was that piece of paper all crumpled and wet on the pavement. I picked it up and it was £20:j
There was no one around and it was just lying there, no shops or houses about. So I pocketed it. About an hour later I took us all to a fabulous cafe in the village that sells fantastic homemade cakes. Everyone had what they wanted and I only had to put about £1 towards it.
I did feel a bit sorry for the person who had lost it but there was no way of finding out who had lost it. We all had a lovely treat that didn't come out of the holiday spending money. This then lead to us being able to have another treat day at a different cafe that sold homemade cakes. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Think that that is all the road kill I am mean't to find as haven't found any since.:(
Have a great evening everyone and well done.
Love
Mof3
