Unison and Clarkson

If you look at the backgrounds of the Dragons they were hard workers before they made their millions. They also took risks including suffering bankruptcy - most people don't take risks which is why they stay as employees.
Agreed, but once you make money, you then re-invest it by getting other people to do the "hard" work for you giving you the freedom to do stuff you enjoy doing / or lazying around if that's what you really want.0 -

Just asking
Clarkson really is a conundrum. He's a corduroy wearing old git, but a breath of fresh air in these PC times.
Amzing that voicing the general banter of most of the population kicks up such a stink.0 -
Anyone who has worked in the public sector and has to put hand on heart and speak the truth will soon tell you, its a right bobbys job...

You do tend to find that many that have made more than they could ever spend, just go on working for the sake of it. That is probably why they made millions in the first place.0 -
The only poll I seen regarding support for the strikes suggests the majority were in favour of them. As for hard working it seems a fair few on here manage to post throughout the day on here so I wonder how many actual hard working people there are? My wifes a teacher is lucky to get 30 mins due the day to eat something let alone spend a fair amount of the day surfing the net as many seem to do.
Ah yes polls, conducted at the school gates I'm sure.
I'm sure you're wife has enough time during the 10 weeks holiday plus inset days to post whatever she feels. most of us don't have any time at all during the day, sandwich at the desk and all that.
you let your wife down with that post, should have gone for the early hours of the morning, marking books example works every time.0 -

What if he had substituted the word 'immigrant' or 'Welsh' instead of 'striker'?
Clarkson is just a media man - he gives as good as he gets
But political correctness is enshrined in law
TruckerTAccording to Clapton, I am a totally ignorant idiot.0 -

In the satirical way it was delivered:)
Good job he didn't mention the war...."If you act like an illiterate man, your learning will never stop... Being uneducated, you have no fear of the future.".....

sounds about right, however in the public sector you could have done both0 -
that unison woman is simply hateful. she makes my skin crawl. she always sounds like she is two seconds away from crying. she was on the radio at the weekend and it made me want to hit her hard in the face with a blunt object. ignorant hateful cretins. Clarkson for prime minister in my opinion.
The real point is this: 4500 lefties called the beeb. Meanwhile 30m real people agreed with him and didn't bother calling in coz they were working!0 -

Public Sector covers a wide spectrum of course working though 12 hour night shift resuscitating/rebuilding RTA victims in a major trauma unit etc. is a doddle really. And of course that only happens once in blue moon not. For example."If you act like an illiterate man, your learning will never stop... Being uneducated, you have no fear of the future.".....
