how many normal hard working people do you know.
why the fvck is everything these days measured in terms of "normal hard working people" or "hard working families".
most people in the UK are normal and hard working
Its the minorities that normally get their voices heard however, I feel a change is coming.
I'm struggling to understand your point, if indeed there is one !!!0 -
anyone actually see the whole of what Clarkson said, rather than just the piece that seems inflammatory when taken out of context?0

most people are not "hard working" at all. most people work at average intensity.0 -

Heard some of it on the radio today and definitely out of context if you only hear that one bit. He starts off by saying how great the strike was, the roads were quiet etc., then he says but as this is the BBC, he musn't be biased and be in favour of the strikes and then says that they should be shot.
Anyone who took it seriously, either has a sense of humour failure or has a political agenda to silence people. Personally I think it is the latter.0 -

I'm not sure Sun readers form a vast majority.0 -
made me laugh on the News yesterday, some protesting woman claimed that 'they deserved pensions, as they do jobs that no one else wants to do', which i dont think the presenter could quite believe
Im quite sure there are queues of people willing to take on a public sector job with a lower paid pension, probably with no pension at all0 -
One of these days someone is going to have a pop at him
Like he needs to be worried about his pension0 -

I wonder if he's trying to suggest that if you work in the private sector you're normal and hard working?0 -
'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0
