All the stuff in the news today about Unison speaking to solicitors etc today, is that in some way designed to take the attention away from the lack impact the strike had yesterday?

The strike actually halved the time it took me to get to work. Brilliant.0

Clarson went too far! It's outrageous to suggest they should be executed in front of their families, surely it wouldn't be too difficult to find a more discreet place to execute them.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0

No. Clarkson's a pr*tt.
But it's probably best to ignore him nevertheless.0 -
If someone would say on telly "Frankly I would have Wheezy shot. I would take him outside and execute him in front of his family" I'd be suing also.0

Like Clarkson also said, the country seemed to run much better with all those spongers at home yesterday.
Here's the answer - More cuts, much deeper and less taxes.0 -
It seems a bit surreal for a Union to be calling for a worker to be sacked 'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0

Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

Does anybody have a guesstimate at how much the taxpayer saved in wages not needing to be paid for the day?
I would suspect around 2 or 300 million.0
