DD gave me a set of Nando's Perp-Peri sauces for Christmas, and I found this recipe on their website ...

Got some of the above left over from Xmas. Can anyone think of anything "interesting " to do with them? Already thought I could whiz them up for "breadcrumbs", give them to the dogs or the birds, obviously have them with some type of topping (we don't really eat this type of thing, hence they're still with us)-does anyone have any better ideas please?0

My local Coop has been selling off their Christmas tubs of McVities Cheddars for 80p, so I bought a couple of tubs for the boys' lunches.
BUT, what can I do with the broken ones?
Each tub has about a third broken crackers.
I've been sat here for ages trying to come up with some ideas - I refuse to ask chef OH because he will answer with that smug smile that know-it-all's have. :rotfl:Stone walls do not a prison make, nor iron bars a cage.0 -
Why can't they just be eaten - broken or not, they all go down the same way!0

You could make some burgers with them, Jamie O did some once with broken crackers. Is it small broken pieces that are left.0

Crumble them up and use them as a base for something. I have no idea what, though, or even if this would work.
Or this page might help - just choose something that sounds like it would go with cheese!Murphy's No More Pies Club #209
