DPA Letter - more than one account at once???

Hi,
I am trying to reclaim bank charges from Natwest.
I have two accounts, one on my own and a joint one with my husband.
I need to first send a letter to the bank requesting a list of all charges or statments.
Do I write one letter with both account details on and a cheque for £20.
or do I have to do it separate?
The same with the letter I will ask for my money back.
Please, please help.
Thanks.0 -

One letter, your name only, both account numbers, and one £10 payment.
You can also ask for the money back for both the accounts in your name only (including the joint account)How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Can I just check you have single signatury (only one of your has to sign cheques and things), as if not you will both need to sign the letter.Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.0

I am currently in the process of claiming back charges from the Clydesdale bank on 2 seperate accounts. I received my copy bank statements today for only 1 of the accounts. I hoping that the copy statements for the 2nd account i had with them are being posted seperately.
I just wondered though, the £10 charge I had to pay to receive these statements - is that £10 per account or is it just a set £10 per bank? Hope this makes sense!!

It's just £10 per request - two accounts, one ten pound charge."Think for yourselves and allow others the privilege to do so too." Voltaire.0

Hi
sorry but i'm new to this. we have 3 accounts with the halifax 2 single and 1 joint. can we proceed with this process by clumping all our accounts into one claim or do we have to request our money back seperatly?? if so do we have to pay three amounts of £10??
Thanks0 -
I'm pretty sure you can claim them all in one go0
