Such websites are there to profit from saddos.

Most of the profiles are simply fake to rake in gullible people to pay for membership fees.

Either way as a male,i think that it isnt right and healthy and you need to address it. This kind of thing is like an insidious cancer to a relationship and slowly rots away at it.

I just wanted to post and say I think you are tremendously brave.

I worked with someone who found a phone her husband had she didn't know about - from that she found lots of stuff, the least offensive was that he had profiles on 'dating' websites and had arranged to meet other women for no strings sex.

She thought she was happily married.

It must be a terrible shock, but I admire your strength so much. Good luck.

And even after bad things happen, there are good guys out there! Dont' totally lose the faith.

Thanks for the update. Only just discovered this thread but would have told you, YOU'RE A WOMAN! TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS! If something changes, or skews slightly, there WILL be a reason. You knew something was different to how it was before. It's not lack of trust, or paranoia... I wish I'd done more when my ex husband was lying to me while he was sh*gging his secretary. A few things changed... like leaving his mobile in the car overnight (apparently so he'd not forget it the next day?!). Tiny little things that didn't really mean things on their own, but all added up spelt liar.

Friend of mine's going through a similar thing where she found messages from women on her husband's computer (he'd not logged out of FB or something) and he'd given his phone number out to some - although denied meeting anyone. Wasn't anything sordid - in fact, in one, he'd 'lectured' someone about having a low cut top on, and who does she expect to attract, etc... All very strange. I think he's just craving love.
