Orange - can't log into online account

  • I have been having same problem since I signed up for the 24 month deal and got a Blackberry. Orange keep saying it's a problem all users are having and will let me know when it's fixed. That has been since November last year! Also, I then got them to send me paper bills free of charge because this is not my fault, and guess what... they charged me so I have to keep calling them about both things. I am taking the advice of everyone above and will be cancelling my contract with them. I cannot believe they can't fix it. I think this needs to be brought to the attention of the media and I shall be writing to Watchdog, and the papers. Something needs to be done, I am spending too much time on the phone to Orange .. Who else out there is having the same problem? It's about time Orange were named and shamed into doing something about this.

Orange has 'let go' lots and lots of staff after the T-Mobile EE merger.

I know that some of the guys that used to run the website have gone, don't know how many are left, but judging by the number of problems with the site now it looks like it might the cleaning staff that are now running a number of the back office systems.

As there are now so few staff I can't see there being a fix any time soon. . .
  • just edited my other post i now cant get on although only been trying for 2 days not months like everyone else

  • Have had the same problems here too - I have safari, firefox and google chrome on my pc and none of them can get into the orange mobile account. Hubby uses his phone for work and we need to save and print his latest bill - this is the error message I keep getting:-

I called, but of course they can't speak to me - have to speak to hubby as it's his account, which is fine, but he leaves me to do these things because he's busy doing his job!! Anyway, I got really hacked off yesterday when I called orange customer services and I was just left sitting on hold  Very rude I thought! I also e mailed a few days ago and hubby got a call to say we needed to clear all our cookies (I've had the same thing said to me from vodafone too - but never had problems before). But I've cleared cookies on all 3 browsers and I still can't get on - hubbies only just got a new contract with them after finding out that they were upping their prices - his last contract had finished and he could upgrade his phone and current contract! So, so frustrating and customer service is NIL

Getting this as well. Clearly a problem with the Orange end of things.

Considering they are a communications company their IT is pathetic. One of the worst around now.

Same error still stopping log into the Orange website, so cannot check my bills, usage and outstanding allowance.

Tried Firefox and IE, and when asked by Orange technical help, downloaded and installed Google Chrome, but same error.

I am having the same problem when I'm using O2 Broadband:

However, I've found that if instead I use my 3 dongle to access the internet it works OK and I can check my Orange bill and print out bills for cashback claims (same computer, same browser etc).

Perhaps O2 are somehow blocking Orange billing?
Anyway there is a possible workaround - dongle
