I haven't been able to log into my account for over a month either. To add to that, i'm still waiting for my Iphone 4S 32GB i pre ordered on 18 November!! Keep being told i just have to wait and it will come one day, but they can't say when as they have no idea!! Brilliant!0

Just had a major result! after a long chat with an orange store manager and phone call to orange customer service i have gotten out of my contract with 7 months still to run :j0

Partly because of that and their terrible 3g coverage in my are and poor customer support.
I went into an orange store and the manager there was very helpful, but limited in what he could do so put me through to customer service.
This resulted in the usual "we're working as hard as we can to fix these problems" rubbish but I had had enough and refused to allow the person on the phone to end the conversation and eventually got put through to someone else, who started off along the same lines...
I asked them to look at my account and tell me when I last used it, it was 5 months ago, a 2 minute phone call to my answer phone. I also complained about the unlimited wifi bundle I had, not once was I ever able to get it to work! Yet my o2 phone works perfectly on any cloud hotspot.
Eventually they gave in and said that they could end my contract today and only have to pay for the month of January (contract ends in August)
Im over the moon as I have been paying for nothing from day one pretty much because their network is awful.0 -
Yep - I had problems as well, also found I had an enormous bill (entirely my own stupid fault. Managed to get logged on during the day)
The service round here is a joke. 9 times out of 10 I cant make a call on my BlackBerry when Im upstairs but if I go downstairs signal is perfect and I can make a call. Have another phone which has full signal all the time... also Orange. I have been trying to log on for about 2 months. Didn't see this thread and thought it was me. Orange are awful. We bought a blackberry for my daughter about a year ago and it has no BBM. Even the guy in the orange shop said the website was misleading and didn't make this clear. Totally conned and stuck with it until next feb. :mad:0

I'm in the same position as well! Havent been able to log on since Oct and now I find out my current bill is £100+!!
Called 150 several times and it constantly says its cannot give me up-to-date info.
Orange are a joke - there's never any reception, customer service are appalling! Just counting down the months until I can leave them!!0 -
I too am having the same problem whereas I cannot log into my Orange account. I have called Orange and was told that they need to delete my account and I should wait 2 days before opening a new one.
I have waited 4 days and I cannot open a new account as their website says I already have an account. So, i go through the steps of resetting my password and still it will not allow me to log in.
Funny thing is I never really bother to check my account online as my bills are always around the same amount, but I only wanted to check as recently they have increased a little and I wanted to know why.
It seems funny that I cannot log in to check my usage after my bills have started to increase. I also notice someone else who has posted here is also having an increase in their bills.

I have been unable to access my Orange mobile account online since last November. All this time the website has been displaying a message saying " We know there is a problem and are working to fix it". I can't even get to the log in page for my mobile account without going through a long process of working around. When I click to access the mobile account I get automatically taken to the log in for my home broadband! When I finally get to mobile log in and enter my details I get a page saying, " You are logged out of Orange mobile services". There has been no improvement in this problem in all this time and Orange themselves say it has been going on for 4 months. I have heard the rumour about hacking but I think that is disinformation. My problems started when Orange changed their website, "improved it", so they say! and I think the problem is at their end, not in our browsers and is affecting a significant number of customers. It would be very interesting to run a survey and find out how many people are having these problems with Orange, who are clearly not able to provide the service we want. My advice? This problem is intractable, Orange cannot fix it so take your business elsewhere!0
