Marru - well done!
MG - thank you. Your how to cook pictures of thai curry ensured DS would try it despite the coconut milk, and he loved it. So a good addition to family meals that we all like.
Now I need to Ebay, *sigh*, maybe a coffee first...
MoamAlthough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

, have cancelled tomorrow's interview as I have contract in my hand. Will start beginning of August so need to get my skates on when I get back.
But now some wine and family bonding :T
Congratulations Marru!
I'm looking forward to coming and visiting you ...
Have just been up the river and back with a flotilla of village boats, so my jubilee celebrations are now over... I have to remember to take bunting down from the boat and the house on Wednesday...
Crab souffle was delicious MG. I may make it again sometime for guests as I have some of the AF tinned crab at home...0 -
Hello everyone, caught up with all your posts, lots of enjoyment going on which is great to read. I've had a lovely day, went to see a friend then walked a heather labyrinth - shoes and socks off, the grass was deliciously warm. There was no one else there, so I took my time. Then I lay down in the centre and watched the clouds scudding by. Delightful!
I'm off work all this week, and the plan is to do something every day which makes me happy at no commercial cost. Tomorrow I'm going to explore my new area, with a walk round a dam which is a local beauty spot, with a picnic lunch and a good book - weather permitting!
Tonight's treat is a late supper of a bunch of asparagus which I found reduced to 35p. Yum yum, with butter and a sprinkling of sea salt.
MG, what a lovely quilt! You're so wonderfully creative.
ETA - Marru! Congratulations, that's excellent news!If you have a talent, use it in every which way possible. Don't hoard it. Don't dole it out like a miser. Spend it lavishly like a millionaire intent on going broke.

Looks like some crab recipes are needed on the blog
BTW can you talk to MrF about an index and maybe a calendar of posts by year/month. Now you've got so much on there, you need more than the Tag cloud and recent posts to help people navigate...0
