OK! This is the first Friday for a long time when I feel that I am looking forward to the weekend - and this is because some seriously scary frogs were chomped today.
Still have information ediction but am becoming slightly more functional.

Hope you have a most enjoyable weekend and well done on the scary frog chomping :j0

Would you have stitched your cat's ear?

Hmmm, I considered it... but I couldn't bring myself to hit him round the head with a mallet to knock him out (to avoid scratches - I knew you'd understand)
I think I could have done a pretty good job0 -

Funny that - my "pet" cat - probably not.
Our cows and sheep - yeah, no problem. In fact as a kids my vet stitched me up twice and showed me how.

Eeek Greenbee sorry to hear about the voice and the leak - hope it's not a bad one.

carpenter was still here - he's only 22 so was probably panicking more than me! Called his dad who sorted it out - remembering the important stuff like cleaning it up and making it look OK which really helps. THey'll fix the pipe tomorrow and finish off everything else, but leave those boards up until the heating has run a few times to make sure it is all OK
So disruption for a bit longer
And talked too much0 -
Another leak caught in the nick of time... well done Greenbee.
Well done too to you, Dorastar. It's great when you hit a good milestone like that, and a good encouragement for continuing with health-improving goals.
I'm sleeping downstairs tonight. Upstairs the king size bed is stripped and a friend is coming round tomorrow to see if she would like the mattress which is quite new. My friend's comment when I offered her the mattress: "Don't you want to keep your larger bed in case Prince Charming comes along?" :rotfl::rotfl:Not remotely on my radar at present! I love being single again! Everyone's different but certainly I'm happy being solo and love the peacefulness of solitude.
If you have a talent, use it in every which way possible. Don't hoard it. Don't dole it out like a miser. Spend it lavishly like a millionaire intent on going broke.
