Jen, it isn't available in the UK, read stclair's post, can see it in HSBC's India website too.

I think Natwest's emergency money is a good idea though;)
Don't think any other bank is doing it, wish the main bank I use did that.

The RBS Group Emergency money is a life saver, I used it last week.

My mistake, the card is almost identical to the one DH used to have on his Advance account before he downgraded to a normal current account.
