I would wait until monday then unless they get it tomorrow, is they such a thing as 1st class post anymore, as the postmen around where I live seem to be abit of a hit and miss job lot,
think maybe you should have sent it via recorded or special delivery, may cost abit more but worth the hassel.
you can order envelopes for them online (citi) did you know this, may be worth getting some if your going to use that method in the future,

Just a quick question - I've called Citibank twice, and both times they've said I've been approved and that the welcome pack is on its way...

How long should I be waiting for this?

Until I see the damn pack, I'm still worried!

Depending on how quick their processing times are, I don't think it will show up until the early part of next week ..

does anyone know when you add your card (citi) to paypal is it instant or do you have to wait afew days before you can pay for anyhing, as I need to pay for 2 items that I have won today on ebay, any ideas

If it has accepted the card, I think you can use it straight away ... (From memory anyway .. it's a while since I added a new card).
