sorry khurammm but I think you are talking nonsense.

If they think you are worthy they will give you the account?

So how can someone who earns 25k+ a year and have a couple of missed credit card payments get declined but then someone who is on benefits and have defaults and ccjs get accepted. There is no logic in it.
I dont think I was talking nonsense!!!!!!!!!!

How can a DD bounce when you got money in your account and every bank charge for that so whats the point.

Do you still get £30 if you apply for the Flexible Saver Issue 2 through quidco?
Do you get an other card for the savings account and how can you pay in and withdraw the money from the savings account?
Are there any restrictions on withdrawing money or a minimum balance to maintain?
Is the interest paid monthly or yearly?
Thanx in advance for the answers.

Of course a DD does not bounce, once you have enough dosh in the bank.

All these people who boast proudly of their bad credit ratings, (that even Vanquis card will not accept them, quite an achievement) must have gotten their ratings from somewhere and bounced DD will have played a part. They all resent the penalty charges.

Citibank is not a charitable institution set up for the 'welfare of the underprivileged', it is just a bank like any other bank and they will **** you just the same, if you step out of line.

But, if all those people who take pride in appalling credit ratings, have turned over a new leaf and do not incur any further charges, then this is a good thing.

I think this forum is to help others and not to tease other people regarding their bad credit rating.

no lol i applied again as soon as i got the letter to say i was declined

    Hi

Did you fill in a new application form without mentioning your previous rejection? Or sent a letter for reconsideration of application?

I applied for an access account (without overdraft) and was rejected last week. And the rejection letter mentioned Experian. So, computer is helping them out. Though I haven't had any debt/loan/credit etc ever.

And everyone on this thread - you guys are so funny and friendly. It has been fun reading your joyous posts about a shiny VISA card.:rotfl:

This is me (DevonLad21) replying on my partners name cos my password is numbers and I can't be bothered to look for the email with it on ;)

I recieved a letter from Citi saying I had been declined for Sterling account (is it? - the £10 a month account) when I applied I just thought no harm in trying again. I applied for the access account online and they sent me the app form to sign again, sent it back with my cheque and id's. Got them back a few days later Got the should be open in 10 days letter pins and card arrived a week later.

Like I said there is no harm in trying ;)
