Hi
After reading the article on re-claiming un-fair fee's I tried for my Mum. She was with Stroud and Swindon, and paid £130 exit fee. I phoned them and they said they would put in a complaint and that they would reply in writing. The letter they sent to us said that they think it is justified to go back to their 2003 fee and charge my mum £115. so all she was refunded was £15.
My Mum's happy but I still think that is a very high fee to charge for admin/handing cost?!?!0 -
Nat West told me that i'm not due anything0
