Currently my morgage ends this month . But I'm planning on selling and moving to my parents subject to planning permission on there current home . A few weeks left to no if we get approval . I've had lots of work done on the current house but it needs finishing and I've run out of funds . I'm unsure to tie in for another 2 years . The house should be ready to sell in a few months . Currently with NatWest I no they charge 1/2% to leave early ,
Or should I let the current morgage run . It will increase from 513 to 730ish a month . So 217ish extra . But no £1000 morgage fee .
At a guess I believe the house will be done and sold within 1 year
Any advice much appreciated0 -
You have the figures - you just need to do the maths.
You'll know better than us how long it might take you to move.0
