Ordered the £149 laptop yesterday at 3.00ish via Credit Card. No email confirmation and nothing on my card as yet. Also unable to access my account details.0

I ordered the £129 laptop from LX Direct yesterday. have had no confirmation email, but checking my account it says it is currently being processed.

The details of my email confirmation were/are correct, which in my view means that these are the goods that I should receive. What happens when only the software turns up - this seems to contradict the message posted above.0 -
ive just phoned up my order is showing as
"MICROSOFT OFFICE HOME AND STUDEN ONE SIZE ONE COLOUR"
I originally oredered the 149 lappy yesterday
been confirmed that this is software so i cancelled0 -
I doubt they are going to send out software to everyone. That really would be a case for Watchdog or some kind of complaints authority.
Right now I suspect Littlewoods would get away with simply cancelling the orders. There is no reason for them to waste our time and theirs by sending us software they know we didn't actually order. It isn't worth the bad publicity.0 -

But did you recieve the second email ? Or just, like me, the initial confirmation email ?0 -
If you check HUKD some people have received confirmation emails with the correct items description and apparently they received them this morning0
