2.2 When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive a 'bounce back' confirmatory email of this order saying that we are processing your order. You will then receive a second email from us acknowledging your order and giving you estimated timescales for delivery. You should check both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery.Ex forum ambassador

I too have an email order confirmation showing the A100 laptop etc. When I checked my account online at Littlewoods yesterday it showed the laptop, today it's showing the software.
What's the situation, can they 'change' my order after it's been processed?0 -

Re: the bold/underlined bit. As you can see elsewhere in this thread, online order tracking was showing as "Order Accepted" yesterday. Clearly, they need to update their T&C's as many of us apparently reached the order acceptance stage prior to goods being despatched
Unless we are supposed to believe that Littlewoods have two different types of Order Acceptance ? Their T&C's make no mention of that, do they ? Surely what they mean is "Your order will be completed when we despatch goods to you", no ?0
