    Yep. Excellent customer service IMHO. You've already explained you may have the odd teething problem as the site is so new, but, conversely, the site looks great, is easy to navigate and you have some cracking prices.

    Will definitely be recommending you!

    According to our system this order was shipped to you last week.

    You used a free delivery voucher therefore your delivery method is selected by the staff not what you select onsite - all these details are on every product page (click the shipping info tab).

    I can see that there are two adresses on your file - one being a flat. As it was a small parcel the standard Royal Mail delivery was used and of course there is no tracking facility so I have no way to check proof of delivery. I will check our files to confirm which address it was shipped to. I can only suggest checking with your neighbours and/or calling the local post office. I will follow the rest up by email with you to save clogging up the thread.

  • This disc was an end of line - I took all of what was left. However always keep your eye on the insane offers section - thats where I post all the crazy deals - not to mention all our prices are matched if not cheaper than any other you will find - thats why we have a price watch policy :)

    Very Impressed to see active customer support, I usually order from other suppliers but have decided to give neo a go, just placed an order for some coloured lightscribe disks. I didn't know these were about yet

    The code for free delivery was for the dysan disks, if you wanted anything else with free delivery you had to buy the dysan disks then add the otheritem and then use the code for free delivery to get the whole order delivered free.

    Shopneo seem to have sold out of the dysan disks now and as PaulOwen posted abouve they bought all they could of the disk as it was end of line so I doubt they will get any more in stock so it looks like you will need to wait for the next free delivery offer if you want to order and get free delivery. I doubt they will fix the bug then again maybe they will.
  • I got my pen drives and discs today. Inside the order was an apology, an explanation for the delay of my goods and a free gift.
    Considering I got free postage as well I am very happy and will certainly be using shopneo again.
    If all companies offered customer service like shopneo I would shop online a lot more.

    Thanks for the reply Paul, the first thing i did was check with my neighbours and nothing has been delivered. You required the billing address of my card and delivery address, which was all provided, and nothing has arrived at either. I haven't had any problems with deliveries before, are you sure if was actually shipped? Can i suggest you do a 99p shipping offer if you offer this again to cover 'Recorded Delivery' as its been over 2 weeks since i ordered. Thanks, Sam
