Paul, Would I be able to forward that letter that has been sent to me today to the Fraud Team at my bank, they are still accusing me of these transactions!

I rang yesterday and just asked to talk to Paul Owen i had one of the letters today and if the bank give's me any problums in getting the payment back i will be showing them it. I think this problum may get bigger over the days ahead as they have only just done it to me in the last few days.

Well Paul Owen can have my phone bill I rang that number because it said low call on there web page to be honest I’m starting to get fed up with Neo . A day spent with the bank trying this sort the mess out Also now without a visa card for a week and now charged a high rate to ring them.

Hi Just got my letter from Neo this morning telling me but it was too late £43.69 was taken out in US dollars according to the halifax for a gambling site in America, I tried contacting NEO but said I had to use the email address on the letter which is

Just got this letter today.
Over £250 of unauthorised charges on my card.
What an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. I have NEVER had my details taken from shopping online, and it really puts me off knowing that someone has stolen my details. What makes it even worses is that Neo haven't a clue what's going on.

A letter was appreciated, but slow.

It seems getting these "bargain" DVDRs wasn't really a bargain.

It doesn't seem like it was a "small number of customers" now either - I think Shopneo should have their "secure" site looked over rather thoroughly.

In a way I feel sorry for them as this is going to be incredibly damaging to their reputation.

Totally agree, they should close there site until they are 100% sure it's safe i'll be sticking to svp from now on.........
