    Just to counterbalance the negatives, I took advantage of the free delivery offer on the DVD-Rs a couple of weeks ago and they came within a few days and were well packed.

    CS is our #1 priority - however this last week has been a little testing to say the least :)

    Thanks for the personal email paul - a nice touch. Damaged CDs are in the post using the retruns label as advised... :T
  • ordered dvds and a hard drive

    i got an email from viv at the start of last week saying the hd was out of stock and would be in stock soon so wd i like to wait for the
    whole order

    i emailed back straight away and said i was happy to wait so *they* could save the double postage costs but please give me an idea of how long to wait.

    no response.

    now i see they have sold out of the dvds.

    lets see if their customer service is truly any good and if they put my dvds to one side or just sold them to someone else.

    That particular HDD I can't get any more at the moment (at that price anyway) so I'd just like to ship your order right now - of course if and when I get more of the 320GBs at that price I'll make sure you are reserved one and I will of course pay the shipping for you

  • FYI we FINALLY had our latest shipment of USB drives so the packing department is going crazy trying to get over 2k orders out the door today. For those who have waited an unreasonable amount of time i've made sure you've been given something extra in your order. Of course please be aware that the shipping info on every product page states that orders that use free delivery vouchers are shipped asap - there is no firm next day shipping option. However longer than 3 days is unnacceptable, but most of the problems have been down to orders mixed with USB pen drives and these were very late in arriving at Neo - I made sure our news page was fully updated with this info.

    I should note that any time there is any kind of shipping delay or any issue whatsoever we update our own news page and also give information on the actual product page itself so you are all informed "real time".

    If ANYONE has any problems with any order or shipment or anything else you can of course contact me directly paul.owen (at) shopneo.co.uk and I will tend to your query personally!

    Also if ANYONE posts queries here regarding an order please supply your ORDER ID - as I do check your posts here and I can take action with immediate affect as opposed to waiting for you to get back to me with more info - thanks :)
