why not ?

We've sold 4 pallets of those discs in the last week - and they've had excellent reviews. It was an end of line as the company has nowmerged with memorex. It's out of stock because....they sold out. They've been available for the last 2 weeks and you only have to read some of the reponses in this thread that users have been very happy with their order.

and why not trust our site - we have thousands of customers and have been in business since 1996 - i dont understand your post at all ?

Regarding deliveries:

Every product has a shipping info tab. Here explains all delivery procedures - one of them namely that any sale with a free delivery voucher is dealt with asap - we try to ship orders with free delivery within 72 hours (working days) - of course many of you received next day - we are doing the best we can.

The main problem this last week was the USB pen drives - many people ordered discs & pen drives - however we received the drives 2 days later than we should have done via the wholesaler. This was posted on the relevant product pages with delivery schedule updates.

If any of you are chasing your order and find email a little slow - please by all means call the office direct 01782 819002 and speak to Viv or Sam who will tell you exactley whats happening with your order - they will be happy to help.

I know that current delays are orders with 4gb drives - we were waiting for a new batch as of last night and they hadn't arrived.

Apologies for delays but we are working very hard to go through an unprecidented amount of orders - we really didn't expect this kind of a response, however we are increasing our staff levels to include extra full time admin and shipping staff.

Customers shoul also keep an eye on our news page - we post updateds there too regarding isues such as shipping delays.

Thanks for the update paul but i have to say i ordered disks only 50 Dysan & 50 Datawrite Dshirt no pen drives so i don't see way my order has been delayed for so long. Order place sunday night and still showing Queued on your website .

I may have had a 'run in' with Paul recently (apologies again ) but to say that when you obviously haven't read about the discs is a foolish thing to say. I've used a fair few of mine so far and all have been fine burnt at 8x, error checking (including surface scan) them with VSO Inspector shows them to be 100%.

Don't bother posting statements like that when you obviously haven't got a clue what your talking about!

If you did order a usb pen drive, check that they have sent the correct one! I ordered a 2gb and received a 1gb, I have reported the error no reply yet!
