Yes the whole USB issue had a bit of a knock on effect and it affected a small number of customers (remember only a dozen or so posts here but we were getting over 1.5k orders per day - pretty insane and beyind expectations)

6 of us spent the entire weekend at Neo making sure all non USB orders were absolutley up to date and Im happy to see your order has now been shipped.

Many apologies for the delays and I have taken steps to make sure it won't happen again.

The site is new and we have a few teething problems, but our goal remains the same and the experience of the last 2 weeks has helped us to implement many improvements.

Thank you very much - and yes I believe it is what consumers want - it's certainley something I like to see when I make purchases myself from other online companies.

Well at last I received my disks to be honest this is the longest delivery time I have had with any online shop. Paul Owen did say he would be giving a little something to people who waited a long time I didn’t get anything free from them. Its been a pain trying to make sure someone’s in to receive the parcel for over a week with no update/delivery date email being sent to us .Items were packed well and sent by 24hour delivery so delays were at Neo’s end. This was a first test order from Neo as I use SVP for bulk buying disks and inks and DVD writers for work and friends but I have been disappointed by delivery times but the price was great.Will probably use them again in the future as long as delivery times improve.

I would have to say it was a good deal on the Dysan disks and its nice to see Paul on here giving updates.

Mine arrived yesterday. Yeah delivery took a while (just under a week) but I'm happy with the products and the price so can't complain. Will probably use them again in the future.

Just want to say im impressed they saved the discs for me. Many etailers wouldnt have. Hoping they can source more 320gb HDs, was looking forward to that as it is a quiet model HD as well.

Seems to be a problem with any orders for the Dysan discs placed yesterday. I got an email from Paul Owen telling me there was "absolutley no way to add the product to your shopping cart" yesterday when, clearly, some of us did. I've yet to find out the fate of my order. Hopefully they can substitute something else for the Dysans.

your free item is being shipped seperatley as a bunch left the building before I asked the packing staff to action my request.

I can assure you delivery times are back on track - we hit next day targets 95% of the time - we were simply hit by an unexpected influx plus delays from suppliers over the last 2 weeks - I can only apologise for that and, as i mntioned before you can always contact me direct in future.

As explained in the email - very bizarre how that happened, that's why I asked a series of questions regarding browser type / which links you used to the product etc (we received just 9 orders for that disc yesterday - compared to 600+ a day when it's shown as in stock) however its shown as out of stock on the site and has been for the last week? Still trying to figure out how that happened so I can make sure it doesn't happen again.....

As per email we have provided substitute discs that are a higher value at no extra cost to yourself of course.

I ordered 100 dysan disks and a 6 way CD case with the free delivery. All items came packaged very well, tightly boxed, no damage and arrived within a week.

First time used the company and am impressed. Even more so since one of their staff is on the board answering questions and following up on orders. Well done Neo, looking to shop with u soon again.

Paul is there any chance you can please look into my order, i have e-mailed viv.bate@shopneo.co.uk, but keeps telling me to wait 14 days.

It has no been 14 days since my order was ment to have shipped, it still has'nt arrived, would appreciate if you could look into this, my order confirmation said 'Parcel Force 24' but viv said it had been shipped 'Standard Mail'
