long delivery delays now at shopneo because of the cheap deals i placed a order sunday and still waiting showing queued on website.
Would be nice if Paul Owen would give us a update on Delivery times .

Anyone know anything about thier customer service ?

one of my CD packs was split (shrink wrapped, not spindle) and the CD scraped to hell because of fairly shoddy packaging. I filled in a returns request but have heard nothing back from them - no respnse or anything.

DVDs were obviously good value and seem to work fine but CS seems a bit poor

I ordered 200, along with 100 G05's and 20 dual layer disks.
Quite pleased with the service, they arrived next day and were well packaged...I'll be checking them next time I order disks..... I was however a little dissapointed that others were able to use a code for free delivery - There was no box on the checkout to put one in when I ordered...I just figured it had been withdrawn.

Well maybe its better you didn't use the free delivery code as you would still be waiting for your disks.

Ordered 200 on Monday and another 600 on Tuesday, both lots arrived today well packaged, very professional delivery service

Used the free delivery code as well so the service as far as I'm concerned is excellent and the discs aren't too back either

Well fingers crossed my disks turn up seems funny there sending out orders made after i did my order.Maybe there sending out the bigger orders first trying to keep the bigger spenders happy which to me isn't a professional delivery service.

I'm not sure either. I copied and pasted (so no typos possible) all the info from digital-forums which is where the offer originated. Maybe it's changed since then

Absolutley these will be exchanged for you. Can I ask where / how you filled in the returns request because I do not see anything regarding damaged discs as an RMA request - what was your Name / Order ID ? Thanks

CS is our #1 priority - however this last week has been a little testing to say the least
