i phone up this morning they say they will look in to it used this number 01367 730222 same as 0845 one

Got mine 1st week of December (ESA - contribution based). It was included with the normal fortnightly payment. Didn't get a letter about it at all and didn't even realise ESA was one of the benefits for which it is paid.
