    Morning all

Have been to uni and back again this morning... First lecture since December  Wasn't too bad but already wondering how long it will be before I decide that getting up at 7am just for an hour in uni is really worth it :o However, as my timetable is 9-10am monday morning, and then 9-2.30 on tuesdays I will have no real excuses!!!

Flat is a tip as my little sister came over for the weekend. We spent a lot of girly time together and I was surprised to find that she's coping with the deaths of her 2 friends much better than i thought (she's only 14, and one of her friends committed suicide, and another was killed in a horrific RTA within days)

Off to Leeds for the afternoon today as OH has a days holiday booked, so we're off to visit his recendly widowed grandad who has had a tip off about a shop selling v.good quality suits very cheaply!! Then when we get home we have a huuuuge pile of washing up, a load of washing, and the usual whizzing round to do.

Have a good monday :grouphug: to all xxxx
  • Good morning to all before and still to come.

I am having a good day today, I have been to see psychiatrist and she will let me go a month before she wants to see me again. Came home and cleared some space in the spare room - I was determined it was not going to be a dumping ground but - hey - no one else seems to share that vision with me!!!

SC on with beef stew for tonight and soup made for my lunch. Will get BM on in a mo.

I am also going to add up my expenditure for Jan today or tomorrow, I don't think it is too good.

    Hugs to all.

    Louise

    Good Morning everyone

Got my Family tree out last nite again, need to sort through and get into it again! have come across some "Williams" from Wales - bit difficult seeing as there are THOUSANDS of them there!!:rotfl:

Took kids to Thames Barrier park yesterday (very windy) then onto the V&A Museum of Childhood (loubee) - The only difference I notice is that they have built the new front bit? and painted the ceiling inside - but apart from that the inside & toys were the same as when I went before. It was very busy though!! when I used to go as a little girlie it was always empty!
    loubee - why u moving from b.green?

Made some wholemeal rolls in BM for first time - theyre lovely!

pooky - A.W.Thompson did a lovely Pork n noodle soup on the tv the other week, I will post a link to the recipe when i find it. i havent tried it but looks delish.

pennypenguin - yes the PMs seemed to sort themselves out now. I love the Celidh bands - we had one for our wedding - great fun and a great for getting everyone together and mixing!

angelselondon - was thinking about going to see blueman group, mite do now on yr recommendation.

bargainrzl - did you cycle to work this morning????

snowyowl & pink-winged - have you booked yr flights for the mse meet yet?

time for a cuppa i think, have a good day all x

No, I'm going to get a bit more practice in the park before I trust myself to cycle on main roads :o

basically I'm fed up of sharing-12 years is enough! I always lived SE before i moved to BG 15 months ago, so am moving back. It's cheaper and i'll be nearer the BF and friends. I like bethnal green, i just can't afford to rent a place by myself around there, and i am really sick of other people's mess and noise. Getting too old and grumpy!

    Morning all.

Lots of people having trouble sleeping :(

Not windy here, my washing is just sulking on the line again. At least it's out of my way for a few hours until I get to hang it all up again indoors.
