Evening all, What a walk this morning, my thighs fell like they've done battle with a galloping horse for 6 hours!!;)
OH a little better today and has been pottering. The house is tidy and we've decided to bake the bass and have it with some freshly baked bread, salt and pepper. Lovely.
Work have been brill and have decided to give me compassionate leave for last week and also to accomodate my working requirements for the next couple of weeks.
Going to do some sewing whilst waking the dead is on and then off to bed.
I hope you all have a good night, Smoky. xxxxxIf you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape 100 days of sorrow.......Chinese proverb

Good evening everyone,
Been busy today, only had one LO because one was poorly, but we had a lovely day, i did lots of sorting out, and finding things for him to do, was nice to send him home with some beads that he threaded - if i hadnt been sorting, i wouldnt've found them!!!
Also kept on top of my cleaning, so that was good, and managed only to spend 13p at Waitrose (ok, used my £10 pigsback gift voucher, but saved me anyway).
Also, finally plucked up the courage to email exOH re DSs school trip, and wonder upon wonder, he replyed immediately and said he would pay half!!! I almost fell off my chair, but DS is now happy to know he can go, not quite sure where i will find my half, but i will find it.
Just watching this thing on channel 4 about the smallest people in the world - its very interesting.
((HUGS)) to all the poorly people, and those who are not having much good news at the minute xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Have a lovely evening,
Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0 -

That's me done, 5.45am will soon be round. Managed to watch Waking the Dead without sleeping, maybe as I kept x-stitch in hand.
Hugs to all who'd like/need one.

Why is it I have less time now I am retired then when I worked?0 -
I'm off to bed too, I want to be up bright and early tomorrow as it's my Dad's 80th birthday on Wednesday and I have to drive to theirs tomorrow to make sure he has his present to open first thing in the morning. I bought him a portable DVD player for christmas and he's so deaf he can't hear it through the headphones so I bought him a headphone amplifier for his birthday
Mind you, he couldn't hear my sonic grenade either so maybe there's no hope
Night all, I hope all the littlies give you a good nights sleep.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Evening all. (((hugs))) to those of you in need of them.
Had a very busy day today with moggins flylady list. Dinner was practically ready when I got home having reminded the BF to take it out of the fridge and pop it in the oven just before I left work so that was great.
Have been discussing grocery budgets with the BF this evening, I think he's finally coming around to the idea of not spending so much on groceries now. Maybe because I said if we couldn't claw back money from somewhere else then we should cancel Sky ! He actually reckoned we could do it on 20 quid a week (just 2 of us), whether we can remains to be seen, but it'll aleast be easier with him on board as well.Debts: Mum £3923 0% APR0
