Hello all!
My kitten is at the vets for her 'op'. I cried when I left her there! I know they have to have it, but shes my baby!
Have also been swimming.
DH wants to get a new car. Brand new. I think brand new is a waste of money. Hopefully he will go for a 2nd hand one. Men
We had breakfast out cos had to take the kitten to the vet early. So had a brie roll so just had my museli for lunch!
I'm having veggie stir fry for dinner. The others will have chicken with the stir fry.
The DW is on. Not enough washing for a load.
Need to wash the kittens litter tray so everything is lovely & clean ready for when she comes home.
I also have a pile of ironing to do but I'm sure theres something on tv to watch tonight so I'll watch the tv & do it.
(((hugs))) to everyone that needs them!

Afternoon all,
well I have not done as much as i planned to today.....Oh back at work for first time in 3 weeks (had flu - turned to pleurisy) first time I have ever known him ill, so pleased that he is back at work though, and not just because he gets no sick pay:eek:
Took DS3 for haircut today he is 22 months and has beautiful blond curls, well...had them:rotfl: I keep staring at him....he doesn't look like my baby. My ex would never let me grow DS1 and 2's hair so they looked grown up very early. But have left DS3's hair bit shaggy - he looks like a mini surfer dude!!!
:T to everyone who has lost weight - if you want to know where it has gone, it is on my thighs and round my middle!!!
Have sold quite a bit on ebay this weekend so will do a PO run after school when I can leave baby in car with big bros...so much easier.
Did major de clutter of our bedroom yesterday, sorted some stuff for freecycle, ebay and some went into loft. It looks big now. My current hotspot is the dining table which with help from DS1 (attitude permitting.....)will be cleared tonight.
Tea half ready - Bacon Pasta Bake (with 3 hidden veggies!!!)
Have a lady coming at 6 to collect something I freecycled....she rang at 10 last night to reply to my email....I wasn't best impressed - if phone rings after 9 i think its bad news...
Must dash now - have a nappy to change before going to school (sorry too much info I know!!!!)

Well I'm back. What a !!!!!! morning. Went to pay stuff etc. Couldn't find the credit card statements found blank ones for 2 but will have to go backto pay the third. So off I go, firstly, cheaper pet shop didn't have any litter in(the REALLY annoying thing is that we HAVE 5 yes 5, bags of the stuff locked in our cubby hole safely locked up with a decent lock AND I HAVE LOST THE KEY !!!!!!!!) So had to go to the dear one. Then ha dto wait in the Post Office to post some of DH 's ebay stuff for 35mins. GRRR! Into DH's bank waited for ages to pay in cheque for £3!(ebay payment) then into mine, paid all the CC's and put a cheque into my account from DH's account to pay the mortgage. Then tried to pay mortgage account "oh" cashier announces to entire bank "you cant pay that you don't have enough money in your account" I pointed out that I had just put in more than enough to cover the payment. She then informed me (bellowing IMHO) "you have to wait for hte cheque to clear before you can touch it" To be honest we only decided on a cheque as it was safer than carrying wads of cash arround. I had paid the cards with cash and if I'd known about the policy change regarding cheque clearence I could have paid them by cheque and got the cash out to pay the mortgage. So tomorrow I will have to go back down, take everything out of DH's account, pray a lot and hopefully will have enough to cover it. All this could have been avoided if the LEA had paid when they should have. Am gutted. Came home and had a good cry. It has been very difficult financially and even when we have the money we cant pay the so*ding thing. Am so weary. I live in a pigsty, but seem to spend all my life getting nowhere. The harder we work the deper in the sh!te we get. Sorry for this, am tired, we were up at 5:45 yesterday to get the washing done at the launderette. It was SO busy-we were in as it opened at 7am by 7.25 all the machines were taken(mind you we had 5!) Can't get the machine mended as we have a huge hole in the kitchen floor. Anyway, hugs to everyone, mogging hope your head quickly improves, anniebooklover love and best wishes to you hun. Hope you are all having a better day than I am. Sorry for being a pain, I WILL improve honest. All cats are well, asleep and happy. I am now going to attempt to get my head straight and work out exactly what I am going to cook. Such fab organisation eh??? Have a nice day and look after yourselves. Much love to all.Blind as you run...aware you were staring at the sun.

Good afternoon all - hope we are well
Sorry Ive not been around the last few days. Just been feeling really low & !!!!!!. Headaches, tired, not sleeping properly, snappy, crying. You name it - Im going through it, I do have a history of depression, and I just hope that these signs are not history repeating itself.
Remember I mentioned a little while ago ref my ex FIL had a stroke over the festive season and he wasnt aware? Well he had a letter come through for an appt for an investigation on the 21st Feb, my ex MIL, knew things were'nt right and took it upon herself to take him to the hospital on Friday! He couldn't walk, by the time he was admitted - Anyway he had a brain scan done this morning, and its not looking good. He has 3 brain tumor's, 2 on 1 side and 1 on the other. Plus a dark shadow over his chest, which the doctor's seem to think its cancer, which is spreading to his brain. Its a time bomb waiting to go off !!! I dont know what or if any treatment they will offer, Im just waiting for the update. I was told this news less than 2hrs ago. Im so gutted,
Plus a friend of my family got rushed into hospital over the wk end also, her bowel cancer is spreading, and she's not very well. So will be doing a trip to the hospital later!
But apart from that, things still remain the same
OH finally got his car at the weekend, so he spent most of his free time, washing & cleaning it - BOYs and there toys hey? At least now he understands the rave over stardrops, as its brought his chrome bits up gleaming! B*ugger cleaned his car - but not mine!
Spent all wk end, housework, shopping, washing, changing beds etc. Managed to clean the fridge out. Made more carrot cake yesterday
Made some lovely card toppers at the weekend and during last week, so have put them on ebay. With hope to raise a few pennies!
Thanks DLB for our chat on MSN, I know your'e there for me, but you know me, I dont like to burden people! And where do I begin talking about my feelings. Just wish I new what has triggered me feeling like this!
gingin what a scare that must have been ref your TD. These things we take for granted, and presume "everything's ok", Im always weary of electrics, but after reading your post, I'll be more carefull now!
Wishing those who Ive missed the last few days a belated birthday (if you've had one)
And ((((hugs)))) to those who are poorly, run down, or received bad news!
I will try and read rest of the thread after the school run, and catch up again later
Take care for now
Love as usual

From one annie to another ((((hugs)))) anniestar You are coping admirably with your (unnecessary) financial strains at the moment. The LEA have been totally out of order with your DH's salary. Hope you can get it all sorted out tomorrow. Have a cup of tea - or something stronger
- and a chocolatey treat. You've earned it today.
crazychik What terrible news. (((((hugs))))) Your friend and XFIL are in my thoughts and prayers today. It has certainly put my problems into perspective.
Well, considering my day started with me feeling so down, I feel as if I have achieved loads at w**k today. My desk is looking much better than it did last week. Managed to get to the post office BEFORE DS's orthodontist appointment and still managed to get there 15 mins early (after finding a very jammy parking space in the centre of town)! The appointment before DS hadn't turned up so he was taken right away. RESULT! Even had enough time left on the parking ticket to nip into Boots and get £30 of stuff for £3.00 (and used my points to pay for that! :j ). Dinner is now simmering away so I feel as though I am catching up. So, although I haven't patched things up with my siblings, I feel much better.
Edited to say: Sorry forgot to thank Amie for the Boots 90% sale info. Really pleased with my buys.
Thanks for the hugs - they are always appreciated. xx"Bad planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part."
