    really? ;)

TBH, I've only done two specific tasks in that time period, as they were the only ones that had guidelines I could understand/be bothered with. Think one paid $0.01 per task, and the other $0.02. Most expensive I've seen on anything was $0.06 per task, but that was a map one, which going on previous experience I doubt I'd even pass the qualification test for.

So no idea how anyone could be making the equivalent of $17 per hour. Even doing just tasks that paid $0.06, you'd have to be submitting 283 every hour, or nearly 5 per minute. And that's without even taking into account the "incorrect" ones that they don't pay you for. Maybe you're not in the UK though? (I actually worked it out as 28,333 per hour the first time! So not as bad as I initially thought, but still practically impossible at my standards! :D)

Just annoyed I started doing it again really, as am assuming the minimum payout is still $50. So several hours of work completed, only to never even receive the little I earned..

Haha! Have just qualified for a new one that pays $0.04 per task. Only problem is that it takes around 2 minutes to complete each task. So just ended up earning the same $1 per hour as the previous task I tried. (Not that I bothered doing it for an hour. Did around 10 of them and then just gave up.)

Basically, the crowdsourcing role does nothing more than take advantage of people who need to work from home, as far as I'm concerned!

what do you mean "in the UK"? is this forums based on UK??

and.. do the "Categorize the Query" and "Polygon Verification" hitapps. both pay good amount and each task is done in no time. these 2 hitapps are my favorite and my primary source of income.

btw, its march 1 now, i haven't received my invoice yet in email, arent they supposed to send it before march 1?

You need to check the payment dates which you should have got when you started ..... to receive payment 1st week in March its for work up to a date in Feb....

edit: have just had a look at your posts.... first of which was 23-02-2014, if you started around this time or just before you'll have missed the payment run for the 1st week in March....you'll really need to check the payment calender as some of what you will have earned.... especially in the last few days...... wont be payable until the end of April.

Yes, this is a UK-based forum. Which I thought was relevant as assumed other countries would have completely different tasks/availability. Although maybe that isn't the case.

Have neither of the two tasks you mentioned currently showing, although I think the second is the map-related one I couldn't be bothered with. The first also sounds familiar, and is probably the one I failed the qualification for. Will still make sure I look out for them, anyway.

The HitApps are really hit and miss.. Some can earn you about $5 an hour, others up to $10 or slightly more - but rare to see those.

Ever since doing WSE I find it hard to touch Crowdsourcing :(

im from toronto. payment schedules have been changed recently, i just got an email like 2 days ago. i need to wait until 3rd week of april :(

btw, i hate hitapps which requires to wait for 3 seconds, and some hitapps require 5-10 seconds wait time. waiting is so waste of time!!

Have just scored 24/28 on this week's re-qualification test, so looks as if I'm officially BACK as of next week!! :D

Well done! I trust you're back now? :D

I've not had a great week audit wise, so might be pulled myself on Monday...

Today has been horrible query wise. I've had a number of disturbing x-rated queries. Has actually been really unpleasant.
