The sound doesn't work for me on my laptop so I filed a ticket :rotfl:I don't have an issue with tasks for other companies that involve sound.
I wonder is there a site where we can log in to edit our profiles etc. I tried to login to the site where I originally applied but couldn't

Hi, anyone out there use Santander for receiving payment? I am looking to change as I believe they don't charge a fee. I have given my IBAN etc but they came back asking for an intermediary, which isn't mentioned on Santanders site. Waiting for Santander to get back to me. Can anyone using Santander remember having to put an intermediary down?
Thanks.0 -
I hate the RTA's lately. It's unbelievable how many 'trick' pages there are. It's like a bunch of trick questions in a test, seriously they need to pick better pages for calculating the metrics before I get brain cancer.0

I use Santander and have never had any problems.. so not sure why you've been asked for an intermediary.
Their exchange rate is pretty poor though... not sure how it compares to other banks though.0 -
So.. Just completed my re-qualification test and looks like I failed (only got 2/5 on a certain category, plus 3/6 on most of the others). Have always passed it OK on my previous times on review, so what happens now? Do I automatically get a chance to re-take, or considering this is now my fourth or so time, might that not apply any more?
REALLY annoyed and stressed out right now. It was almost like they were trying to trick me on practically every question, and a few of the "correct" answers were downright bizarre. Tried appealing a load of them, but that was obviously just a complete waste of time and effort..
Maybe its time to accept that I'm just not cut out for this job?! Just wish I knew what it is the rest of you are doing right that I'm not..0 -

You'll probably get a re-take. But it will be another week out of production. In total I think you can get 3-4 re-takes if your scores improve.0

You should certainly get another chance to sit the test again next week, I've always been offered a second chance at it.
The individual category off-by scoring system infuriates me...0 -

Interesting, I didn't consider that there might be a difference in exchange rates. Do you know what it was for your last pay? RBS was 0.5969924, with a reduction of £7 for commission. Not sure if the rate is good or not. Wondering if it is worth changing as the difference may not be much.
Santander say that they do not charge for international payments, but any intermediaries might. Are you sure that there are no charges? as maybe the poor rate might be a charge by an intermediary, just a thought.0 -
I agree about trick pages. On an RTA day I look particularly carefully at those particular pages for any tiny differences.0
