Completed some time this morning, but trying to do more now and UHRS seems to be playing up again

Is anyone else having issues?

Logging in is being temperamental, and when I do finally try and get into the system to judge I am told the service is unavailable...... :mad:

UHRS can be so irritating. I was hoping after last time the problem would be resolved, but it appears to be pretty much the same thing happening again.
