Thanks
Sorry I can't help with your question, as I have only worked for LB and LF. I heard you can go back to LB after a year, but I don't know if this is definitley true. How do you find ABH compared to LB?
Well, the job with ABH is basically doing the same thing over and over, which has it's good and bad points... Think the main task you used to do when you first started working for LB - only with more complicated guidelines so it's much harder to know which option is the correct one!The main problem for me has been meeting the quality metrics, which get assessed at the beginning of each week. Miss three, and they remove you from production and force you to take a re-qualification test, which basically means no/hardly any pay for that week. We're still yet to discover how many times you need to miss the metrics to get removed permanently though, as that doesn't appear to have happened to anyone on here yet. But something tells me I may be the first to find out
... Having to do the 4 hours a day can also be a bit tough, but I've taken a fair few days off, and as long as you let them know it doesn't seem to cause any problems.

I didn't have time to make up the lost time either
1.5hrs?! I would be REALLY annoyed to lose that much time! Have only ever had 2 days where I've really had a problem with it, and I only lost about 20-30 minutes on each day, so not TOO bad I suppose. Went on the Kayako site earlier looking for help and have now made a change to my settings, but not sure whether it'll actually stop the freezing for good or not...0 -

I got a few of those this evening, probably about 20, but none of them are showing up in the "My Report" section....did it fail to record them?0 -

They just showed up, thanks
I only got in 16 before there weren't any left ^^" Around about how often do new projects pop up?

NineAngels and MallRat I have been having EXACTLY the same issue - and it's incredibly frustrating.
It has happened at least 5 times this week, and I too have probably lost 1.5 hours as a result.
It's making it really difficult to meet the time requirements, because time I have allotted to working is not being recorded through no fault of my making.0 -

Its hard to say because when I started there were big projects several times a week (one week I earned over $100). The last few weeks though there have been hardly any. Fingers crossed it picks up soonOct GC: £144.07/£2000 -

All down to the new sets of 30, combined with IE generally being !!!! I suppose... It's always been pretty normal for it to crash multiple times a day meaning you then have to log in again, and I guess we just didn't think so much of it when we were only rating less than 10 pages at a time. Not sure what the solution is really, apart from them getting rid of the batches of 30. Which at the same time would also be a bit annoying, considering I'm finding them a lot easier/more enjoyable to do than the smaller batches...0 -

Then again, I did get removed from production immediately after the first week they got introduced, so perhaps not...0 -

Thanks Mallrat,
Assessed every week! wow that sounds pretty intense.
I had a quick read back over the thread, and it sounds like you have had a pretty hard time so far, having to requalify how many times?!
My LF experience wasn't exactly great, but ABH sounds worse!£100 - £10,0000
