Can I just ask where you found out about the transcription work and what test you did? I did a spelling test yesterday which I believe was for transcription work (it was under the qualifications tab in my appenonline account) but I was told my result straight away (successful 100% :j) so I guess it must be a different test to the one you are all talking about? I will now be emailed when work is available apparently.

Yes that'll be for something different, the test we're all talking about is one that we got emailed about rather than taking a test straight through the normal site. At least there's been a few more things on the crowdsourcing side today! Anyone else having trouble viewing the "My Report" section though? I've been getting errors all day whenever I've tried to view it.

    Thanks Mallrat,
Assessed every week! wow that sounds pretty intense.
I had a quick read back over the thread, and it sounds like you have had a pretty hard time so far, having to requalify how many times?!
My LF experience wasn't exactly great, but ABH sounds worse!

Seems to be pretty common for people to have to re-qualify a few times at the beginning, with things then getting easier.

For some reason though I've suddenly started to miss the metrics again, which is frustrating considering I haven't actually been doing anything differently. I actually missed 3 again last week, but I think they let me off as I'd only worked for two days due to just having come back from the previous ban.

Will be VERY surprised if I get though next week unscathed the way things are going at the moment...

To me, it doesn't all make much sense.

I understand completely that they want to measure quality and performance, but you've proved time and time again that you're completely competent at following and applying the guidelines, as proved by the fact you passed qualification in the first place, and keep passing each and every time they insist on making you sit the test again.

It'd be far better, if they insist on constant performance testing, to ask you to look at training modules, or set improvement targets in the future than drag you out of production for a week, with all the implications that involves on you along with a ridiculous amount of stress.

I also don't think it is fair to just base things on 1 week - since I've started I've had weeks where I have definitely found things to be generally easier than others, or where the audits have been at one extreme or the other. My worst audit set was this week - I'm hoping though that a relatively good RTA performance will keep me above the water, but I will soon find out...
  • Hello, I was thinking of applying here but I have recently applied for Leapforce and I am waiting to sit the exam for that. Are you able to work for both? Should I wait and see if I am accepted for LF first?

  • If you get laid off for whatever reason, do you still receive whatever pay you had made up until then?

No, you are not allowed to work for both at the same time. I would wait and see if LF accept you. Good Luck!

Got the dreaded email this morning about being placed on review.

A bit upset but I've done my absolute best to apply the guidelines to the greatest of my ability.

I'll just have to hope I pass the re-qualification test, but don't feel particularly confident.

For anyone that took the extra transcription test for ABH in the last couple of weeks, they've sent the emails out this morning ;) Good luck for everyone who's through to the second part!
