It'll be on their job opportunities somewhere MallRat, that's how I found it. I applied for work ages ago though :)

  • Also wondered how everyone got into the transcription work? Would like to apply but don't know how to.

  • Thank you. I've done the spelling test on there and passed and it now says I will be contacted when suitable assignments become available. Were others invited to do the exam that everyone is talking about after doing that spelling test?

Thats right. You complete the test, then wait for them to contact you if projects are available.

Weirdly, after I worked extra yesterday to cover the 20 minutes I lost, the clock later showed I'd done approximately 16.5 hrs for the week. Which can only mean the time I lost MUST have been credited.

Am still down overall though, as I had a second crash this morning and lost yet another 20 minutes.

Did you get an email about extra hours this week? I'm missing a few too because of the problems on Tues/Wed but am hoping to make up some time tomorrow...

Yeah, I'm planning on doing extra tomorrow too. Please, no huge sets!

Have ended up with 20 hours for the week overall, so I'm OK I think. :)

Tend to ignore those "extra hours" emails, mostly cos I have enough trouble completing the 20 Monday-Friday, but also because they leave me totally confused about which days we're actually allowed to work on. All that "you can work an extra so-and-so hours through Saturday" business - what does that even mean?!

Just remembered we've got that extra task to do this week though, so suppose I WILL be doing that tomorrow...

Just had an email this morning about the results for the transcription test saying they're sorry they haven't managed to finish checking everything yet...still waiting patiently!
