Has anyone who is doing crowdsourcing had an issue with the work they did on Saturday (29th June) not yet being recorded?

I know they seemed to have an issue where the My Report screen went down on Saturday and then re-appeared on Sunday. All the work I did on Sunday seems to showing ok but my Saturday work seems to not be showing at all. :mad:

I have emailed them but so far just received their standard response of "we've had loads of emails and will get back to you asap" so will hang on a few days before contacting them again.

Yes! my work on Saturday did not track. Thank goodness it wasn't just me as I was worried, as I have never had this before. I have reported it, due to time differences and them not working the weekend I do not expect to hear back until later today at the earliest.

Same thing for me. I've contacted them also but not had a reply yet, will let you know if I hear anything. Hope they get it sorted as I did quite a bit on Saturday.

Just had an email asking us to keep a note of the hours we worked and to be patient as they are aware there was a problem. Hopefully they will sort us all out.

Sent these people a general application a couple of months back and just received an email inviting me to join the Evaluator programme however I'm already doing the other thing for Leapforce so a) Appen-Butler Hill probably won't want me doing the same thing for two people, and b) I'd prefer some variety!

Does anyone know if they are still taking on people for the Crowdsourcing projects?

Just checked my reports for crowdsourcing and they have updated the work for Saturday. Think I probably did a bit more than they've credited me for but it's not worth complaining about. Glad they sorted something out in the end, hope the rest of you have been credited for your work too.

Yeah my Saturday recording tasks problem seems to have been resolved as well.

Anybody know when we will be paid in July?? Hopefully this week :beer:
