First applied to them in March, got accepted to take the exam, but after spending about 3 days studying their guidelines discovered that the exam hadn't appeared where it was supposed to. Tried emailing them about 10 times for help but got no response. When the deadline arrived, they then classed me as having failed it due to non-attempt.
In desperation I made a second application about 6 weeks later using a different email address, but never had any response back from that.
Weirdly, I just checked my ABH email to find a message saying that apparently they've now decided I'm not removed from production after all, and can start work again tomorrow...

Hi everyone!
First post for me, although I've been lurking for a while! I am in the same position as Mallrat and Patchwork Girl. That US guideline really messed with me too, and now I'm on review for the 2nd time. Does anyone know how many chances we get? I really felt like I was getting better, it's so discouraging.
I don't get replies to appeals either, even when I'm certain I'm right, is this normal?0 -
Well, I see the metrics have now gone up. Still no idea what I've been doing wrong, although I did notice that they're dated from 2/6 so maybe that might have something to do with it?!NineAngels wrote: »Hi everyone!

Hello, and welcome!
I read yesterday on another forum that if you're removed 3 times within 10 weeks then they fire you, although that may only apply to the US market I suppose. So might be worth sending someone am email to ask.NineAngels wrote: »I don't get replies to appeals either, even when I'm certain I'm right, is this normal?
Don't think I've ever appealed anything (too lazy!), so no idea sorry.0 -
Hello again ABH people.
All my tasks just suddenly disappeared, so it looks as if like I've missed the metrics yet again.
Now just waiting around for the email to come through.
Any updates from those of you who got removed last week? Did you manage to pass the re-qualification tests OK?0 -
I was temporarily removed last week.
I took the first test and passed but just couldn't face the second so I resigned.
The whole thing has been a very stressful experience. If you're not scared, you're not paying attention0 -
I'm guessing that all the remarks above are for people working as Internet evaluators. I'm doing crowdsourcing work and after a first couple of weeks with plenty to do there seems to be nothing for 3 - 4 weeks now. My accuracy level was fine and as far as I know I'm not under review for any reason . Is this normal to have long periods with no Hit Apps? I have emailed them but no response so far"All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy"

Oh no.
What IS the problem with this company? Metrics have just gone up and this time EVERYONE has failed.
If they expect me to do the re-qualification tests again this week, I think I'll be firing off an email asking them if there's really any point.
Oh yeah... Funnily enough, they did email this morning asking us to recommend people that might be interested in applying to take the initial qualification test, as apparently they are desperately in need of more UK workers(!)I'm guessing that all the remarks above are for people working as Internet evaluators. I gave up doing the Crowdsourcing when I applied for the Evaluator role, but never got much work when I was doing it. Suppose things could be different now though.0 -

Have you checked back since? I was got locked out earlier but it was only for 10 mins or so...
And yes, I got back in :j.0 -
I had only been working for about a week and had already been 'on the bench' and unpaid for 3 days.
If I had passed the test again I know I would have just been waiting for the dreaded e-mail again next week so I thought I may as well jump as wait to be pushed.
It seems obvious to me that the training is poor but they would rather press ahead with penalising those of us at the sharp end than think maybe it is their fault.
Surely with so many of us failing to reach the mark they must accept that there is a problem with the training? If you're not scared, you're not paying attention0 -

It's still blank for me. Plus have also received the "removed from production" email.Patchwork_Girl wrote: »And yes, I got back in :j.

Seems only to be a problem here in the UK too. I'm a member of a separate ABH forum (mostly US workers), and there are barely any mentions of this "removal" phenomenon on there, which seems weird.
My main worry at the moment is that us initial workers are sort of being used as lab rats, and that they'll eventually sort things out, but only once I've been let go. Then I expect that lot on the Leapforce thread will all end up working for them with no issues once their contracts end. Only I don't have the option of moving to Leapforce, cos they've completely banned my email, or IP address. Or something.0
