Ah, well good luck! I failed both my first and second attempt. As did everyone else I took the exam with (they emailed everyone's results in the same email!)

I found a lot of their explanations/acceptable ratings to be rather contradictory, I think even if I had managed to pass I would not have been kept around long. They appear to have ridiculously high standards.

If you don't manage to get through check out LeapForce or Lionbridge. :)

I've actually already passed with LeapForce but apparently there's no work?
  • Just wondering if anyone understands the scoring system for the web evaluator exam? I presume I've passed because I've got access to the next exam but its very confusing :o. I am below the threshold set and my final score isn't highlighted in red. The wording of the email doesn't help because it says 'we have received your scores and they not do meet the scoring requirements' . Is it do or do not :rotfl:!!!

Did you declare that you are working for LF? I asked ABH and was told it was a no-no to work for both.
  • I know I can't do both (wouldn't have time anyway) so have stopped doing LF!!!

Ah damn, hoped you'd found a way to be allowed to do both!
  • No sorry :). Not sure if will be able to carry on with LF if don't pass the exam. Not closed my account but haven't been doing tasks. Will see what happens

The only thing I can think is that they are sending you the second exam as a retest? This happened to me on one project, I didn't meet scoring requirements so that then meant I was eligible for the next exam (if I had passed I would be uneligible). The way they phrased it was very confusing.

Hi, just wondering what banks people use to receive payments for the Web role. I get charged £7 by RBS for receiving the international payment. I am wondering if this is the best deal? I have heard that Nationwide may not charge? Can anyone confirm.
    Many thanks.
