Baked apples would work too - Wash & core apples, then stuff the hole with dried mixed fruit, cinnamon and other spices to taste and place on baking sheet. Drizzle honey over the top and bake in a cool oven until wrinkly and delish! Serve with cream or custard.Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0

Ive found a local tree with eating apples, aswell as just eat them i make, pies, crumbles, purree for yogurts, pancakes, ice cream etc, use them in baking, cakes, buns, muffins, flat jacks etc, and batches of apple sauce for the freezer to go with roast pork, this is great as buying from local shop is a £1 a jar and my lot go through 1 with a roast. One day I will live in a cabin in the woods0

When I get backed up with wrinkly apples, I make a big batch of sage & onion stuffing and freeze it in portions as much as I need for a roast dinner. You can cook it from frozen and I think apples seem to add a good flavour & moistness.2025's challenges: 1) To fill our 10 Savings Pots to their healthiest level ever
