Free new ipod nano - If you have a 1st Gen Nano!

ive just read this doh! any idea how long this will run for just bought my daugher an old on of these from a selling site will need to check when i get home from work are they still honouring it?

Only certain ipod nano 1st gen are eligible. There are no more fair priced ones in the market anymore so I don't think that's what you bought. People have bid the prices way up just so they can have a chance to a new generation ipod.

Worth a check when you get it. But chances are, the reason they are selling is because they bought that ipod nano but found it was not eligible for replacement.

Well i had 2 First generation Nanos (2gb) that i sent off on November 16th had the replacement delivered today and i got 2 new 8gb sixth generation nanos!

When did you both send off your old Nanos and when did the status change online to "product replacement pending"?

Thanks for responding - I did get a receipt for each one sent so have that to follow up if needed; just not sure when to chase it up. Sounds like patiance is in order from others posts.

Oh, keeping my fingers X for the same for each of ours. Four went back on similar date to yours and so far 3 have made progress through the tracking system - the 4th still says empty box shipped so keeping fingers x that is OK as it's my one!!!!
