I think everyone on here has been checking online.

It is too much of a coincidence for all of us to not have had the status updated.

Is there a time limit for these sort of things, and if the goods are apparently lost, do we go to the Post Office or Apple?

I gave up and rang them, after 20 mins on hold....

they confirmed they have received thousands back and are working through them, basically just have to wait the 6 week timescale as they work through them all.

Can someone help me, i'm pretty sure I have one of these in the cupboards but before I pull it all out looking for it, I know it has a cracked screen/screen in black, would they replace this even though its broken?

Frugle - you can try. The worst that will happen is they won't replace and won't send it back, but if it's just sat in a drawer anyway...

Yeah your right, Ok I shall venture into "The Cupboard" I may not make it out in one, it can fit 2 people in it easily and it's crammed with stuff to take to the carboot sale, wish me luck! :rotfl:

Still waiting for my 1st gen iPod Nano replacement (sent to Apple four weeks ago).

Anyway, the latest development is that Apple are now replacing some 1st gen Nanos with the latest 6th gen!

I read that too from a Mac website. Believe it or not, those people there are actually unhappy about the news. They want to get the 1st gen back instead haha.
