Jesus Christ! Why does everyone have to have last word in all this childish tittle tattle?


I'm assuming that this is a photocard license? Either way, just contact dvla. They will void her existing license and send a new one. You will have to pay I ecieve...

I just quoted what you said in post 9. You said it is an offence to fail to produce your licence on demand. You failed to qualify that a person, if they don't have their licence on them, can produce their licence at a police station within seven days.

You only commit the offence if you subsequently don't produce the licence in the alloted time.

But since driving licence validity can be easily checked on the PNC these days its a moot point.

I sincerely hope you are not a police officer given your understanding (or lack of) of basic traffic law.
