So I now have 36 items on eBay! 2 are being watched, I just hope someone bids on something
Also hoping I have worked out postage correctly so if I do send things off I'll get it right!
Didn't spend much at Bluewater today so gold star for me.
Lots of no spend days this week hopefully - good luck everyone!Lightbulb moment Nov 2011

hi everyone
well I'm waiting for payday to go around and pay a few bits and bobs but in the mean time am trying to spend as little as possible;
1. bought bags of carrots, onions, parsnip and potatoes fresh from supermarket. dug around in the reduced section and found a lovely hunk of lamb neck and a beef joint, £3 for both. made a lovely roast dinne for me OH and little brother, and also bought a 50p low fat basics yoghurt and made a huge soup to stop me buying Boots meal deal tomorrow an Tuesday. saved a total of £9 according to my receipt and got about 2 weeks worth of food (which is good cos payday is only 11 days away, the longer we have between trips the better!)
2. discovered frozen food shops! can't believe how many things are 2 for £1 or 3 for £2 etc.
3. found a manual for my new car on the actual manufacturer websiteebay quotes £17... the manual is about 200 pages long though so i won't be printing it!
i have £5 set aside for my daily coffee next week. on friday, my hands were full going to hte station with all the cakes i made for CIN so i was going to trial not having one. the man had already made my coffeei like having a coffee but i know that you can get kenco ones where you just put the hot water in. so i ended up having to have the coffee and i spilt it also lol. therefore although i want 4 NSD next week, i am going to carry on with my coffee for now.... because of a mixture of being too shy to say no and i do also like one on the train

Just wanted to wish you all good luck in your individual journeys.
I'd love to join the challenge but clearing over £17k in a year wouldn't be a challenge - it's impossible for me!
I'm holding out to join next year's challenge - and get my 3 year DFW down to 2I was a DFW, now I'm a MFW :T0 -
Welcome katiec & Jane
Charleyroo, have you considered taking a flash of your fave coffee to work instead? My OH drinks fresh ground coffee everyday, it's about £2.50 for a bag that lasts him about a week. He takes this to uni with him and saves about £10 a week.
Insertwittyname it doesn't have to be the full debt, you could have just a set target instead so if I didn't think I would earn enough to pay off my £4k I would say halve it and put my total as £2k instead, something more achievable but you can still join in the fun and hopefully we'll teach each other things tooDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

My ebay items just sold for over £50!!! Yay!!! I went to the craft fair today and was very disappointed to be honest. I bought some card really cheap but that was about it. Had lunch and dinner out today so not too good in terms of spendy but I did choose the lighter meal so it was cheaper... I'm out tomorrow evening with my best friend to watch Twilight so unfortunately not a NSD. However, I have bought things for my lunches for the week so should do well for the other days. xxxNew Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T

Thank you mf0u1098:A
Are you planning on keeping a log of the payments or amounts cleared. It'll be a heck of a job if you do. How do you want people to post if you are?
Absolutely loving all the energy and enthusiasm on this thread :TDebt £26k 18/10/140 -
