Jobs on list all done, even made a small 80p overpayment to Lloyds CC
After some correspondence today (long story to go in to) I have a new goal to aim for which potentially means I will clear a debt in full by April and have £90 per month that I was paying towards it to put towards my other debts....just need to find £900 odd pounds between now and 31.03.11.
I have £200 already in savings I pay £90 each months so that's feb and march so now just need to find the other £500 odd to do it. I do have overtime coming in March (not sure how much) which will help and I hope to put the other money towards it myself....massive massive achievement for me if I can do this and this goal is boosting my motivation0 -

A busy day ahead work wise, then wedding photographer coming this eveing. Quick spruce of house during lunch break.
Now back to the main job in hand - debt busting!
Between now and 31.03.12 I need to find £937.94 to pay towards X debt. In turn if I do this they will write off the remaining balance of the debt (50%) and the debt will be cleared. Too good an opportuntity to miss.
By doing the above not only will my total debt go down by a further £1800 odd pounds but my finances will be £90.00 per month better off, that's a lot. Obviously to be used to throw at more debts. Basically this is a collections agency that have offered me a solution for the months of feb/mar.
Anyhow this is the jist of monies -
£200 in saving already.....£737.94 to find
£90 regular pay in Feb.....£647.74 to find
£90 regular pay in Mar.....£557.74 to find
Now I hope that as this month i've managed to put by £200 that feb and mar will be the same so that'll leave £157.74 to find and in March pay day I should have a little overtime which fingers crossed will enable me to reach my target - I hope!
So there is the plan, if I could do this it would be an amazing boost to my situation and I most certainly have the motivation right now.
Right, best get back to work, overtime again this weekend and it'll be worked with a new found motivation for why I am doing it0 -
Off to wedding prep thing at church in mo, really looking forward to it! Hopefully by end of the weekend OH and I will have decided on the type of service, hymns, readings etc we're having and the day will be that much more organised.
We met with another photographer and have decided to change, we really liked her, get more for our money and she is £750 cheaper than who we were using!!!!!!! Very MSE!!!!! We are lucky in that OH works with her partner so got a bit of discount but still we're really pleased we decided to shop some more....will rejig our wedding budget later too which will now look considerably better0 -

Well done on the photographer. They are so expensive. We didn't have one for Cyprus but had enough lovely photos from family members. For our party we paid a photographer i know £250 and that was for 7pm until 11pm and we got all the photos on disc to print how we liked which was cool.

Is it really Monday already
Busy week ahead with work, exercise and other bits and bobs. Friday I have a dress fitting - very excited about getting to put my dress on again :j Downside, I have to be super good this week to ensure no bloating, maybe 1lb or too less in weight - yawn!
Had a good weekend wedding wise, think we've decided on music and hymns - now need to just type up order of service and send it to the church office for them to look through. Feeling oh so real now! We have a list a mile long of little bits and bobs, that's annoying me as it's not too far away and it seems like masses :eek:
Moneywise fairly reasonable weekend, sat & sunday relatively low spend days. Need to look at bank account and work out bills remaining etc and then hopefully come 1st Feb can make my first overpayment to debt.
Today consists of work then a double session at the gym - body pump/body combat. I prob won't be moving by tomorrow after that so haven't scheduled in anything but may go for a light run just to fit something in and keep mobile, perhaps even a lunchtime walk.
Anyway, will update later with achievements for today. Have an evening to myself as OH working late shift. Nice relaxing and early night as shattered, seemed to wake up every hour last night0 -

Bit of a rubbish morning, money situ not as good as I thought (mis calculated somewhere) To top that the offer that was given by certain debt company, this morning I have just received a letter saying that this mailshot was sent to customers in error....so double rubbish money wise

I need to muster up some organisational skills from somewhere, everything seems to be getting on top of me. Seems I can't function if I add exercise of an evening or a visit to friends once a week....if I do social activities the house becomes crazy, wedding stuff sits behind, just don't seem to be able to keep on top of things....rubbish again
I'm thinking of taking a look at flylady thread - I think there is still one?? I need some structure. I've started with exercise and am going to make mondays and weds def double sessions at the gym as I get a good weights and cardio in then twice a week and anything else is a bonus. Now I need to find some structure with everything else.
Anyone else struggle? I find it hard as have different circles of friends that don't mix so to speak so I am trying to fit everyone in but that means sometimes two night a week i'm out and it goes on...i'm spreading thin and finding it's stressing me out now. I think the wedding prep obviously adds to this.
Hmmm....off to find me some organisation....i'm sure there is a compartment in my brain that just hasn't been found/used before :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks my dear. I'll get there it just seems never ending at the moment.
Off to a double gym session this evening - 6-8. Still aching from Mondays session so have no idea how I will feel after this one but as they say no pain, no gain and my eating has been terrible this past week so have no option but to exercise more to make me feel better!
Have had a semi productive day - sorted a few things re church for wedding so that's almost sorted. Now just need to write a few cheques, couple of emails and a visit to our local church (as not geting married there) to sort out banns being read there and we're done! It's the most special part of the day and obviously the part with meaning so I want it to be 100% right.
Money situ - haven't looked, too scared. I think i'm ok but with my miscalculations earlier in month it's not easy!
