    Hey ladies,

Weetabix - yummy! Might have to put them down for cereal choice on next food shop.

We're still undecided with few on wedding day/eve...it's so hard not to offend people when they are part of the same social circle :( Hey ho, we'll get there.

I've to weigh myself on Friday - was 10st 11lbs this Friday just gone so i'm hoping to have lost at least 2lbs. I'd be happy with that. Small steps to hopefully perm weight loss. The gym was good, did a combat class...it's basically an hour of non stop moving, punching, kicking....real calorie burner, it's fab!

Tonight is body tone which is a mixture of cardio, weights and a whole lot of squatting - ouch!! Tomorrow I have a run scheduled twice...one with neighbour and one with friend later (friend later will be an easier run as she's starting out)...I may give myself Thurs off and then Friday it's combat and abs class. Weekend away at friends so no exercies, unless I find time.

Ok it didn't go as planned last night as our cat decided to bring us a mouse that was still alive and kicking! Plopped it on the floor and let it go - 2hrs later our house looks as though it's been burgled and the mouse eventually saved and free to roam outside.

First thing this morning open the front door, dead mouse deposited on front door mat...he sometimes does this because he's too lazy to bring it round the back and through the cat flap.

Might I add this is at least a three times a week occurance (normally more) from him and i'd say 50/50 split as to whether they are alive or dead. He's not interested in them once he's given them to us as his gift, just lays there cleaning himself with a cute cat grin.

Anyhow, my house is a mess as the mouse was getting in all sorts of places. Even behing and under our book shelves that are secured to the wall with brackets, once he'd gone under there we had no way of getting to him short of emptying the shelves and getting out the screw drivers to take the brakets off so we could move them - complete chaos!

So far today has been productive. Getting a lot done at work, always a good thing. Have arranged for a run with neighbour for when I finish work and then driving down to Southampton to visit a friend for few hours, will most probably be a late one but won't see anyone if I don't do the visist.

Won't be a nsd as sadly have to put petrol in car

It's payday on Friday, i'm looking forward to setting some budgets and building up some savings - woo hoo! :j

oh dear about the mouse.....though I had to admits that an image of you running round the house crazed with a screwdriver made me laugh to myself! I hope everything else is back to normal. Could you put a little bell on the cat to give the mice warning?

I hope all is well. I weigh myself tomorrow. I have had 5 great days and 2 not so good. I don't feel like I have lot anything but then I do feel I have more energy. So we will see! I hope your gym sessions and running are paying off x

Kelly we have, he has a bell the size of one you'd put on a cow, lol!!! He is just too much of a predator....little so and so!. Erm yes, I think we could have had hundreds of hits on you tube if someone was filming us....all for this little mouse. Bit of an animal lover am I so whacking it with a saucepan is just not an option :(

Now what you mean re diet, I've had a bad(ish) day today but not really bad however still don't feel as though I have lost anything....we shall see come Friday morn when I weigh myself.

Hope all is well with you lovely xx

    Afternoon!

Well today has been a busy one, early call with my little sis in Australia...can not wait for her to be home for the wedding!!! Work then busy, def going to be a spend day as had to go to shops this morning for milk and few other bits and then this evening OH and I have to pop to hobbycraft and then to supermarket....sadly think there are going to be a few spending days more so than no spend days leading up to the wedding, hey ho.

Healthy eating going well so far. I think I shall give myself a day off exercise, managed a good 3 mile run last night so pleased with that and have combat and abs classes tomorrow....think that'll do!

Nothing else to report, a boring day really. Roll on 6pm so I can finish work and get onto some fun stuff! x
